I just wanted to write a few words to let you know how helpful it is to have you now looking after us on our Fostering journey.

Since the start we have found it difficult being nearly 200 miles away from the front door of social services.

Since you took over as our new social worker all of our calls to you have been answered with a listening ear at the other end.

When we ask a question it is always answered and followed u with an email response, this is showing us that not only are you listening to us but you are also chasing up on the questions we have asked.

we also need to thank you for the help you are now giving us with the fostering work book, this is something we have been wanting to complete for a few months and we have finally managed to start it with your help.

the time you are giving us is very much appreciated and its also a breath of fresh air to have our questions answered and our opinions listened to.

whilst i am sure in the past the teams worked hard it just felt like we where more of an Achilles heel! we now feel like we are on the happy road to fostering.
