Established in 2026, Accolade Family Time Liverpool is a welcoming and purpose-designed family contact centre, created to provide a safe, supportive and child-centred environment for families spending time together.
Our centre features five modern, comfortable family rooms, each designed to support meaningful parent-child contact and encourage positive interactions, communication and relationship building.
Our experienced and supportive staff team provides professional supervision throughout sessions, helping families feel safe, respected and supported. We recognise that family circumstances can be challenging, and our approach is focused on creating positive experiences that promote trust, connection and healthy family relationships.
We work alongside parents and professionals to support families to develop confidence, strengthen parenting skills and build positive relationships. Most importantly, we want every child to feel safe, listened to, valued and able to enjoy quality time with their family.
At Accolade Family Time Liverpool, we believe that every family deserves the opportunity to build positive memories, strengthen relationships and create meaningful connections.
Accolade Family Time Liverpool has developed a range of family-focused, educational, therapeutic and mediation/counselling spaces to provide children and parents with a safe, welcoming and supportive environment in which to spend time together and work towards developing healthy, positive relationships.
We recognise that family time can be an important part of a child’s journey and that, when appropriately supported, these sessions can help to build trust, strengthen communication, develop positive relationships and create meaningful bonds between children and their parents.
Our approach is centred around the individual needs of each family. We provide parents with appropriate guidance, practical parenting support and opportunities to develop their confidence and skills, enabling them to make the most of their time with their child and support their own personal development.
Accolade Family Time Liverpool is committed to ensuring that every session is child-centred, purposeful and positive, with the child’s welfare, emotional wellbeing and best interests at the heart of our practice. Our aim is to support families to develop the skills, confidence and understanding needed to make family time a meaningful and positive experience for everyone involved.
